A question, a problem with an order, or no idea where a parcel has got to — that is what we are here for. Feedback is welcome too, including the critical kind, which tends to be more useful.

The contact form is the quickest route

Messages sent through the form reach us directly. Say what it concerns: an order, a payment, delivery, or a question about a product.

If it is about an existing order, include the order number from your confirmation email. Without it we have to search first, which costs both of us a day.

Email works equally well

If you would rather write from your own inbox, do that. The same request applies: order number, and a specific description of what happened rather than a general one. A photograph helps enormously when something has arrived damaged.

Worth checking the FAQ first

A good share of what reaches us is already answered there — UK delivery times, payment methods, returns, the difference between generics and branded products. Two minutes there may save you waiting for a reply.

What we cannot help with

Individual medical advice. Whether a product suits your other medication, whether a dose is right for you, or whether your symptoms come from something else — those need somebody who can examine you and knows your history.

For anything urgent, do not wait for our reply. See a doctor, or go to an emergency department if that is what the situation calls for. Several pages on this site list the specific symptoms that mean exactly that.

Please allow a little time

Messages are handled on working days, usualy the same day or the next. Weekends take longer.

Sending the same message twice does not speed anything up — it simply puts two enquiries in the queue.
